Future Events

Over a two year period 2009 - 2011 over 20 events will be held on subjects that make up the Sustainable Buildings Agenda - as per the Northwest Development Agency's Sustainable Buildings Policy.   The events will typically be half day with speakers from the development agency, government and non government support agencies, and other specialist speakers.   The programme of events are designed to raise your awareness of the issues and provide you with knowledge of how you can produce Sustainable Buildings.

A Green Transport Plan is a set of strategies and practical measures which are designed to reduce the impact of transport on the environment. These could include public transport links, facilities for home working or bicycle stores and showers. The extent of the plan will be based on the potential impact of the project on the environment and local transport infrastructure.
