NWDA call for Exemplar Projects

The Northwest Develeopment Agency have made a call for regional projects that can be held up as Sustainable Building exemplars.   The projects will either have achieved, or looking to achieve one or a combination of the following obectives:

- BREEAM rating of Excellent (if new build) or Very Good (if a refurbishment)

To have constructed a building/development that has satisfied one or more of the development agencies objectives:

- Carbon

- Water

- Waste

- Place Making

- Communities

- Employment & Training

- Business (Supply Chain Management)

- Transport

- Whole Life Value

- User Satisfaction & Comfort
